- • The Project Manager - Remote Law Clerk II serves as the main point-of-contact for contractor and government personnel, managing subordinate staff time and assignments while performing Law Clerk II duties.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing statutes, legislative intent, judicial precedents, and agency regulations; drafting legal documents and correspondence; assessing policy and regulatory initiatives; supporting Attorney Advisors with case law briefings; and overseeing work in immigration, civil, criminal, fraud, human trafficking, and drug-related program areas.

🎯 Requirements
- • Law degree (J.D.)
- • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required background investigation clearance (DOJ MBI)
- • 2+ years of professional litigation work experience, with specific immigration litigation experience (e.g., Habeas Corpus, Denaturalization) being beneficial
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- • Working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure
- • Physically located within the commuting radius of EOUSA or a USAO office
