• • As a Project Manager, Solutions Delivery, you will drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of benefits technology for clients, acting as the key liaison between bswift technology delivery teams, client HR teams, and broker partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, accurately, and with exceptional client satisfaction.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technology delivery, lead the full lifecycle of benefits technology projects (including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, integration, and client approval), act as the bswift subject matter expert, troubleshoot technical or process issues, manage project timelines, monitor post-implementation performance, collaborate with client-facing teams for a unified experience, and facilitate knowledge transfer and training to ensure successful system adoption.
