- • The Project Manager at Motorola Solutions leads the implementation of Mobile Video solutions for government and public safety customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all project aspects including scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include directing and coordinating project team activities, utilizing PM tools for schedule, critical path analysis, budgeting, change orders, risk assessment, and action item tracking, allocating resources to meet project objectives, conducting project reviews with customer and internal stakeholders, preparing status reports for upper management, and ensuring overall pre-tax profit for assigned projects.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing complex mission-critical technology deployments, strengthen leadership and stakeholder communication skills, gain deep exposure to public safety and government contracting environments, and contribute directly to projects that enhance community safety and operational effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
- • Mid-level Project Manager with 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management
- • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers under CJIS Security Policy
