  • • Manage end-to-end delivery of SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP), website, content, and paid advertising projects for U.S.-based clients, ensuring alignment with strategy and quality standards
  • • Translate client packages and SEO strategies into clear, executable project plans using ClickUp to track deadlines, assign tasks, and enforce team accountability
  • • Serve as the final reviewer for SEO audits, keyword research, content plans, and technical recommendations before client delivery
  • • Adjust SEO priorities and sequencing based on performance data, execution realities, and client goals to maximize organic traffic value and lead quality
  • • Build and deploy AI tools and automation agents using platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 to replace manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • • Develop scalable AI-driven operational systems to enhance team output and reduce dependency on manual processes
  • • Review and approve all client deliverables prior to release, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality benchmarks
  • • Monitor key performance metrics including organic traffic value, GBP rankings, keyword positions, and lead quality to identify underperforming projects and implement corrective actions
  • • Design, document, and maintain quality control checklists, audit frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all marketing service lines
  • • Identify broken or inefficient workflows and lead operational improvements to increase scalability and reduce errors across project delivery
  • • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a remote fulfillment team by setting clear expectations, conducting performance reviews, and reinforcing accountability
  • • Balance competing priorities across multiple client accounts, making confident decisions on sequencing, resource allocation, and scope adjustments
  • • Escalate issues only when they materially impact timelines, scope, or client outcomes, maintaining ownership over resolution pathways
  • • Maintain proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, and SOP documentation tools to ensure seamless internal communication and documentation
  • • Leverage familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LeadSnap, and Looker Studio for performance reporting and campaign optimization
  • • Operate within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment, aligning team execution with structured business frameworks
  • • Drive continuous improvement in internal systems, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, with minimal errors and maximum efficiency
  • • Support the agency’s growth by building repeatable, AI-enhanced processes that enable scalable delivery across hundreds of contractor clients

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of agency experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients
  • • 3+ years of hands-on SEO strategy and execution experience, including local SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and GBP optimization
  • • Experience managing cross-functional remote teams and overseeing project delivery across SEO, content, websites, GBP, and paid media
