📋 Description

• Project Marketing Manager at Brighterly, a fast-growing online school for math and reading in the U.S., responsible for driving teacher acquisition through performance marketing to support business growth and impact children’s education.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and testing ad creatives to optimize Cost Per Hire (CPH), launching and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (initially with support, then independently), analyzing campaign performance, presenting insights to stakeholders, conducting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on landing pages with design and development teams, and launching new acquisition channels like TikTok while building employer branding for teachers.
• Brighterly is part of Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses, with a mission to build educational ecosystems and support Ukraine’s recovery through initiatives like the Skelar Foundation. The marketing team has grown from 3 to 10 members, reflecting rapid business growth year-over-year in customers and revenue.
• In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of performance marketing for teacher acquisition, deepen expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok), CRO, and cross-functional collaboration, while directly impacting business scalability and contributing to a mission-driven EdTech company with global ambitions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically as a Marketing Manager, Project/Account Manager in a performance agency, or similar role with deep involvement in creatives and paid social
• Proven experience managing advertising campaigns with budgets of $20k/month or more
• Demonstrated ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok platforms
