- • As a Project Operation Manager at Adyen, you will drive the execution and delivery of complex, global in-store projects for major merchants like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, ensuring successful rollout of payment systems and supporting Adyen for Platforms and banking solutions.
- • You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, technical integration partners, and customer teams to ensure seamless deployment and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- • You will build strong relationships across teams, provide expert guidance on Adyen’s payment and financial solutions, and contribute to internal process improvements that enable scalable growth.
- • Adyen is a leading financial technology platform that powers commerce for ambitious global brands, fostering an innovative, inclusive, and ownership-driven culture where individuals tackle complex technical challenges at scale as part of a collaborative team.
- • You will gain deep expertise in global payment systems, cross-border project execution, and financial technology integration while developing leadership in stakeholder management and operational excellence within a fast-paced, international environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience setting up complex, ideally technical, projects with multiple stakeholders
- • Proven customer-facing experience with ability to lead high-level conversations and influence business decisions
- • Excellent project management skills to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- • Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with global teams, adapting to international time constraints; experience working abroad or in multicultural teams is a plus
- • Required fluency/business proficiency in both French and English; any additional European language is a plus
- • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
