📋 Description
- • As a Project Operations Manager at Adyen N.V. in São Paulo, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex global projects, including Point of Sale (POS) and marketplace e-commerce implementations, ensuring clients are fully prepared to roll out Adyen’s payment solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing 5–10 concurrent projects with durations of 6 months to 2 years, collaborating with client technical teams and third-party integration partners, providing product guidance tailored to client needs, and overseeing successful handovers by establishing scalable business-as-usual processes.
- • You will operate within Adyen’s global payments platform, a trusted technology partner for industry leaders like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, where innovation, ethical solutions, and technical excellence are driven by ambitious, collaborative teams.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in complex technical rollouts, stakeholder influence, and global project leadership while contributing to internal process improvements that scale Adyen’s business and enhance client success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or a deep understanding of payments infrastructure
- • C1 level proficiency in both English and Portuguese (mandatory)
- • Proven client-facing experience, stakeholder management, and ability to lead conversations and influence business decisions
- • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- • Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with global teams across international time zones
- • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
