- • Support and manage the full project lifecycle for 5–10 concurrent global client projects, ensuring successful deployment of Adyen’s payment solutions across timelines of 6 months to 2 years.
- • Coordinate technical and operational roll-outs for client solutions including Point of Sale (POS) and marketplace e-commerce integrations.
- • Act as the primary point of contact between clients’ project/technical teams and internal Adyen departments to align on deployment goals and timelines.
- • Provide clear, structured communication to translate complex technical requirements into actionable steps for both internal teams and external clients.
- • Facilitate seamless handovers from implementation to ongoing operations by establishing scalable "business as usual" processes for each client.
- • Gather and analyze client feedback during and after deployments to inform product improvements and internal process optimizations.
- • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to ensure consistent project execution and client satisfaction.
- • Verify correct system configurations and operational readiness prior to client go-live to ensure compliance with Adyen’s technical standards.
- • Contribute to internal scaling initiatives by documenting best practices and identifying inefficiencies in project delivery workflows.
- • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking to ensure transparency and accountability across all stages of deployment.
- • Proactively identify risks and blockers in project execution and coordinate cross-functional responses to mitigate delays or scope issues.
- • Participate in client onboarding meetings, technical reviews, and post-launch evaluations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- • Adapt communication style and approach based on stakeholder roles, from technical engineers to executive decision-makers.
- • Ensure all project activities adhere to Adyen’s ethical and operational standards while supporting clients in achieving their business ambitions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience managing or supporting projects
- • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- • Fluency in at least one additional language: Italian, French, or Portuguese
- • Ability to clarify complex topics to internal and external stakeholders
- • Comfort working closely with a global team across different timezones and cultures
