  • • Astreya Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project & Program Management I professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and executing complex projects from their initial conception through to successful delivery. You will be instrumental in managing initiatives, particularly those involving data center networking coordination, where projects can vary significantly in scope, scale, and complexity. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, adept at prioritizing tasks to ensure on-time delivery and seamless project progression.
  • • As a Project & Program Management I, your core responsibility will be the end-to-end execution of projects. This involves meticulously planning, organizing, and overseeing all project phases to ensure they align with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will be the driving force behind project success, ensuring that milestones are met, deliverables are achieved, and the project stays within its defined scope and timeline.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is proactive problem-solving. You will be expected to identify potential issues, analyze their impact, and implement effective solutions. When challenges arise that are beyond your immediate scope or authority, you will be responsible for escalating them in a timely and clear manner to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring that blockers are addressed efficiently and do not impede project progress.
  • • This position requires the ability to manage a high volume of projects and associated issues concurrently. You will need to develop and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the status of multiple projects, identify potential risks, and manage dependencies. This includes diligently tracking various project blockers, understanding their root causes, and working collaboratively to remove them.
  • • You will manage a diverse range of cross-functional and technical projects, requiring you to liaise with various internal teams and external partners. Acting as a key point of contact, you will foster strong working relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • • Your role will involve managing and tracking program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables with precision. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to project governance. You will ensure that all project risks are identified, assessed, and accounted for, developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • • You will partner closely with functional teams during all project phases, including initiation, deployment, and post-deployment support. This collaborative approach ensures that all aspects of the project are considered and integrated effectively. You will also assist with the facilitation of regularly scheduled meetings with core project teams, ensuring productive discussions and clear action item tracking.
  • • A significant contribution will be made through assisting with internal process improvements. You will identify gaps and inefficiencies across multiple teams and functions, proposing and helping to implement solutions that enhance overall project delivery and operational effectiveness. This includes streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation.
  • • You will play a role in utilizing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance. This involves employing appropriate tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and report on project data, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will assist with the evaluation of post-project results against established metrics, recommending and implementing changes to improve future project delivery practices and processes.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a leading technology services company, contributing to critical infrastructure projects. You will gain exposure to diverse technical environments and develop a comprehensive understanding of project management best practices in the data center and networking space. The position is designed for individuals eager to learn, take ownership, and make a tangible impact.
