📋 Description

• • The Project & Program Management II role at Astreya Partners, Inc. is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information, system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple cross-functional and technical projects, partnering with functional teams across initiation, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases, tracking program milestones and deliverables, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, driving project lifecycle milestones, using metrics and KPIs to measure performance, identifying process improvements, managing risks, serving as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and evaluating post-project results to recommend improvements.
