- • Project & Program Management III is a critical role focused on driving end-to-end project lifecycle execution for complex technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across engineering, sales, and customer teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, troubleshooting technical problems, using technical judgment to challenge proposals and build consensus, and acting as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve deployment obstacles and improve Cloud solutions.
- • The role is part of a global team at Astreya Partners, Inc. providing 24x5 support to customers, where the individual ensures the right tools and processes are in place to swiftly resolve issues when customers cannot do so independently.
- • The person in this role will spend 60-70% of their time on hands-on execution and 30-40% on stakeholder management and status reporting, gaining deep experience in technical project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and Cloud infrastructure technologies while developing expertise in translating complex data into actionable plans.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- • Project/Program Management Experience of at least 2 - 4 Years
- • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- • Knowledge of Cloud Computing (certifications, internships, coursework, etc.) and Basic Cloud Foundations including networking, logging and monitoring, security, and compliance
- • Demonstrated ability to adapt message to technical audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background
- • Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and effective communication skills
- • Knowledge/experience working with Compute and Infrastructure Storage technologies (VMs, PD-SSD, RAM, HDD, etc.) and Machine Infrastructure side
- • Plus: familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Linux OS) and/or experience working with databases
