- • The Project & Program Manager IV is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project charters and scope documents, leading cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating stakeholder communication, and conducting post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
- • 2–5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing
- • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with budgets of $1M+ and familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, FDA)
- • Hands-on experience using AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus, Claude, GPT‑4) to automate workflows and orchestrate multi-step tasks
