- • The Project Support Group (PSG) Analyst is a critical operational role within Autodesk’s Business Excellence team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of project data, systems, and processes that enable scalable consulting delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting end-to-end project operations, maintaining project and financial data integrity, managing timesheet compliance, responding to team requests, conducting data audits, executing project lifecycle updates, supporting vendor data management, applying standardized processes, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and operations teams.
- • The role sits within Autodesk’s Technical Advisory organization, supporting global delivery teams through process-driven execution and serving as a pathway to a Delivery Project Associate (DPA) role with expanded responsibilities in contract and project lifecycle support.
- • The PSG Analyst will develop deep expertise in project operations, data governance, and process optimization while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities, and building cross-functional collaboration skills essential for advancement in delivery operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project support, or business process roles, preferably in consulting or customer success environments
- • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and quality
- • Experience working with CRM and PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) or similar systems
- • Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with consistency and discipline
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlines
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, tailoring messaging and approach based on audience
