• • The Project Support Specialist role is critical to ensuring smooth project execution by supporting the Project Manager with material tracking, budget maintenance, and administrative coordination across engineering, accounting, and sales teams.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project meetings, tracking equipment and materials throughout the project lifecycle, managing budgets via change orders and revenue recognition, assisting with Engineering and Accounting change orders, supporting Sales with project needs, maintaining digital project files, tracking milestones, and generating subcontractor agreements under the Project Manager’s direction.
