  • • The Project Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of clinical trials within Precision for Medicine’s precision medicine CRO operations, directly contributing to the advancement of oncology and rare disease therapies by maintaining study integrity, timelines, and documentation.
  • • This role is essential for enabling project teams to focus on strategic objectives by handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks that keep clinical studies on track, compliant, and well-documented across global sponsor and site networks.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining project timelines in MS Project or similar systems, ensuring all updates are captured, documented, and distributed to study team members in a timely manner.
  • • The specialist schedules internal and external meetings, prepares and circulates agendas, takes and distributes meeting minutes, and files all documentation in the Trial Master File (TMF) to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • • They perform key activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), including updating study milestone dates, managing contact lists, maintaining enrolment projections, and submitting and tracking helpdesk tickets until resolution.
  • • The role involves preparing, assigning, and documenting study-specific training in appropriate systems, maintaining training records, identifying gaps, and escalating or coordinating remediation with relevant team members.
  • • They establish and manage study-level SharePoint sites or similar shared workspaces, ensuring appropriate access controls for study teams, sponsors, and vendors while maintaining data security and version control.
  • • The specialist creates and manages project-specific email boxes, oversees user access to study systems by submitting access requests, conducting periodic reviews, and documenting access control compliance.
  • • They order and manage study supplies, including initial study binders, coordinating with printing vendors to collate, prepare, and ship materials to correct locations, and addressing supply-related queries from sites and teams.
  • • Additional duties include maintaining various study trackers as directed by project leadership, sending communications to study sites and investigators (including SUSARs, email blasts, and newsletters), and supporting the translation of site-level documents per local and regional standards.
  • • The specialist may act as a point of contact for project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and third-party vendors, and assist in the preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials such as Operations Manuals, ISFs, and patient cards.
  • • They support team leaders in generating study reports and updates (e.g., country/site initiation, activation, recruitment) and perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Clinical Trial Manager, or other project leadership.

  • • The specialist will gain hands-on experience with CTMS, TMF, SharePoint, and MS Project while building cross-functional collaboration skills across medical, operational, data analytics, and vendor teams in a high-impact, mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
  • • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar role in clinical research or healthcare settings
  • • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance
  • • Professional-level English proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented demeanor
  • • Demonstrated attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to work independently and in teams, and commitment to performing work in alignment with Precision Principles
