- • As a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately, with a focus on water losses.
- • You will interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration using voice, email, text, and video chat to guide customers through the claims process.
- • You will wear multiple hats: Customer Service Expert (empathetic, clear, committed), Investigator (independent damage review and policy interpretation), Effective Communicator (tailored communication), Negotiator (settlements with stakeholders), Problem Solver (using tools and critical thinking), and Recorder (accurate documentation in claims systems).
- • You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm with rotational Saturday duty, and must be willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed to support customers in their time of need.
- • You will receive comprehensive training to build a claims foundation and ongoing development opportunities to stay proficient in systems and processes.
- • You must reside within the posted location (CT/ET) and be eligible to obtain required adjuster/appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire, with a potential $1,000 sign-on bonus if already licensed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- • Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments
- • Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
- • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for remote stakeholder interaction
- • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
