- • The Property & Casualty Product Analyst supports the Homeowners and Condo (HO3 and HO6) Forms and Compliance team by designing, reviewing, and optimizing organizational documents and data collection tools while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations, federal/state laws, and internal guidelines.
- • Day-to-day duties include ensuring product integrity on channel-driven enhancement projects, researching market trends and business opportunities for new product ideas, defining product features and positioning, creating and managing paper/electronic documents, auditing form databases for version control, identifying process improvements, developing quality standards and policy language, presenting business plans for new products, collaborating with internal teams for implementation, analyzing product testing for positioning and profitability, staying current with industry trends through workshops and research, providing expertise in brainstorming sessions, assisting client teams as a product expert, and supporting compliance inquiries.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Homeowners or Condo insurance Product Analyst role
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
