- • Property Liability Claims Adjuster responsible for managing low to moderate severity Homeowners Liability claims (Renters & Condo) with exposures up to $20,000, focusing on non-litigated liability from first notice of loss through resolution.
- • Day-to-day duties include investigating claims by reviewing statements, police reports, and evidence; applying state-specific comparative and contributory negligence laws; establishing action plans; assessing coverage; setting reserves; negotiating settlements within authority; and preparing documentation for stakeholders.
