- • As a Proposal Analyst - Federal at Optiv + ClearShark, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional cybersecurity services by playing a crucial role in supporting our proposal development process. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to hone your skills in proposal management and project coordination within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and efficient preparation of high-quality proposals, particularly those targeting federal government opportunities. This involves meticulous document management, from initial receipt of solicitations to final submission, ensuring all materials are organized, version-controlled, and readily accessible.
- • You will be the guardian of our proposal repository, maintaining and organizing a comprehensive collection of proposal materials, templates, and past submissions. This proactive approach ensures consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices across all proposal efforts.
- • A key aspect of your role will be managing all documentation related to the proposal lifecycle. This includes the careful organization, secure storage, and diligent maintenance of all drafts, templates, and final submission documents, ensuring that version control is impeccable and that all files are named and stored in strict accordance with the company’s established proposal management system and requirements.
- • You will be instrumental in driving the proposal process forward by coordinating team meetings, diligently tracking key milestones, and proactively managing timelines to prevent any potential delays. Your organizational prowess will be critical in keeping the proposal development on schedule and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
- • Ensuring compliance with the specific requirements outlined in Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or other solicitations is paramount. This involves a keen eye for detail to guarantee that all documentation adheres to formatting guidelines, page limits, and submission instructions, thereby maximizing our chances of success.
- • You will also be responsible for upholding internal policies and procedures throughout the proposal development process, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Acting as a central point of contact for all team members involved in the proposal process, you will facilitate clear, concise, and effective communication between various departments, including sales, technical, legal, and finance teams.
- • Your role will involve liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to gather essential information and ensure alignment throughout the proposal's development, fostering strong working relationships and a unified approach.
- • You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering critical information and inputs necessary for the comprehensive preparation of proposals, ensuring all perspectives are considered.
- • Participating in proposal review meetings and contributing constructive feedback during sessions will be vital for our continuous improvement efforts, helping us refine our processes and enhance the quality of our submissions.
- • You will support the critical proposal submission process, ensuring that deadlines are rigorously met and that documents are accurately submitted through the designated channels.
- • Following submission, you will track the receipt of the proposal and ensure confirmation is obtained from the client or recipient, providing essential closure to the submission phase.
- • In this supporting role to the Proposal Manager and proposal writers, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, freeing up writers to concentrate on crafting compelling narratives and articulating the technical merits of our solutions.
- • You will assist in drafting, formatting, and editing proposal documents, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and strict compliance with customer requirements.
- • Conducting research on potential customers and industry trends will help inform our proposal strategies, providing valuable insights to tailor our offerings effectively.
- • You will utilize bid boards and relevant tools to identify potential opportunities and track upcoming solicitations, contributing to our business development pipeline.
- • Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all company policies and standards will ensure your comprehensive contribution to the team's success.
