📋 Description

• • The Proposal Manager at Mitel Networks Corporation is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with win strategies and business objectives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional virtual teams, developing proposal plans and schedules, coordinating input from departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and R&D, reviewing RFPs for compliance and responsiveness, drafting and editing proposal content, managing timelines and deliverables, obtaining executive approvals, maintaining bid documentation, and conducting post-proposal debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve future responses.
