- • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for medium- to high-complexity pursuits, from initial RFP/RFI release through final submission.
- • Review RFP/RFI documents to ensure fully compliant and complete proposal responses that meet all client requirements.
- • Create, maintain, and format standardized proposal templates and supporting materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- • Utilize Loopio (primary tool) or similar RFP response platforms (e.g., RFPIO, Responsive) to manage content libraries, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, HR, Pricing, and other subject-matter experts to gather accurate, client-focused content and align messaging.
- • Edit and refine proposal content using both manual editing techniques and AI-supported tools to enhance clarity, tone, and impact.
- • Coordinate and facilitate key proposal activities including Writer’s Workshops, Storyboarding sessions, Red Team reviews, and leadership content reviews.
- • Ensure all proposal components are professionally packaged and submitted on time, adhering to strict deadlines and formatting guidelines.
- • Track milestones, manage competing priorities, and maintain clear communication across multiple cross-functional teams to keep proposals on schedule.
- • Develop tailored value propositions and messaging that clearly differentiate Unisys from competitors and align with client business outcomes.
- • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase proposal quality, reduce turnaround time, and enhance team efficiency.
- • Maintain and update client-facing content libraries to ensure accuracy, relevance, and easy access for future proposals.
- • Provide non-technical writing support to translate complex technical and operational information into clear, compelling narratives focused on client business results.
- • Demonstrate strong project-management discipline in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining a collaborative and empathetic approach.
- • Adapt flexibly to shifting priorities and evolving client requirements without compromising quality or compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 2–3 years of experience with Loopio or another proposal/RFP response management platform (e.g., RFPIO, Responsive)
- • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and shifting priorities
- • Excellent writing, editing, and document-management skills with mandatory Microsoft Word expertise
- • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and collaborative approach
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving timelines and deliverables
