- • Collaborate directly with Account Directors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, synthesize, and integrate technical, operational, and commercial content into proposal responses.
- • Edit, proofread, and revise proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards and client requirements.
- • Manage complex timelines and deadlines for content gathering, internal reviews, approvals, and final submission, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- • Engage with executive and C-suite stakeholders in a matrixed global organization to influence content direction, secure approvals, and align proposal messaging with corporate objectives.
- • Demonstrate strong project management skills by prioritizing multiple concurrent proposals, managing competing demands, and delivering high-quality outputs under pressure.
- • Apply deep understanding of clinical research operations, study design, and pharmaceutical business development to craft technically accurate and commercially compelling proposals.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel—with high proficiency to produce polished, professional proposal documents and presentations.
- • Operate independently with strong self-motivation and sound judgment, taking ownership of proposal outcomes and ensuring alignment with Worldwide’s mission to improve patient lives.
