📋 Description
- • The Proposals Operations Associate at Zip serves as the central hub for managing inbound RFx requests (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires), ensuring timely intake, tracking, and triaging to support enterprise procurement innovation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional contributions from sales, SMEs, legal, finance, and leadership; drafting and assembling proposal content; managing reviews and version control; supporting RFx contractors; and maintaining the content repository.
- • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, and NASA, backed by top investors and recognized for innovation in fintech and business technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in proposal lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and enterprise procurement operations while contributing to a mission-driven team focused on increasing innovation velocity for businesses worldwide.
