• • The Provider Relations Representative I serves as the essential liaison between Avesis and its network of vision care providers, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering provider education and training, resolving provider issues, conducting outreach via phone/email/video, documenting interactions, managing assigned provider groups, and coordinating with internal teams such as Claims, Customer Service, and Credentialing to develop operational solutions.
