📋 Description
- • As a Provider Relations Senior Analyst in the Network Management, Americas team, you will manage relationships with healthcare providers across Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, and the U.S., ensuring seamless onboarding, daily operations, and continuous improvement of provider partnerships to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting provider education on Cigna’s operating model, claims submission, eligibility processes, and portal training; managing day-to-day provider interactions including complaint resolution, negotiations, and escalations; monitoring KPIs and account reconciliations; analyzing data to drive service improvements; and maintaining proactive communication through regular meetings and provider visits.
- • You will collaborate closely with global peers and stakeholders within Cigna’s Network Management team, supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving health outcomes through better access, affordability, and quality of care across the Americas region.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international provider relations, data-driven decision-making, cross-cultural communication, and process improvement—gaining valuable experience in healthcare operations, relationship management, and analytical reporting while contributing to meaningful improvements in provider engagement and service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, Marketing/Communications, or Relationship Management with customer/provider-facing experience
- • Proficiency in both Spanish and English required; additional language (Portuguese, French, or Dutch) is a plus
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, drafting reports, and using MS Office (especially Excel); Salesforce experience is a plus
- • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time and availability to work remotely with a reliable broadband or fiber optic internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
