📋 Description

• Public Affairs France - Associate at Alan SAS, a fast-growing health tech unicorn building the new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience, serving over 1M members and partnering with 40K+ companies across Europe and Canada.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include formalizing legislative intelligence processes, systematizing meeting lifecycles, operationalizing stakeholder tracking, producing policy notes and position papers, maintaining political veille, drafting briefing materials, building AI tools for team efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams with product, legal, data, and sales teams.
• Alan is a mission-driven company with a unique culture, aiming to transform healthcare from reactive repair to proactive prevention, backed by €800M+ ARR and a team of 800+ people across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership including founders and product managers, real ownership in shaping French healthcare policy ahead of key budget and election cycles, and the opportunity to grow expertise in health policy, political strategy, legislative processes, and AI-enabled public affairs operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience with hands-on involvement in the French legislative process
• Excellent writing skills in French
• Background from Sciences Po Paris or a strong law school
• AI-native mindset: curiosity and ability to build tools to improve workflows
• Personable and politically savvy with ability to build internal and external relationships
• Rigorous, autonomous, and end-to-end ownership of tasks
