• • Join Axon as a Public Sector Contract & Partner Strategy Lead to design and lead the strategy that unlocks scalable procurement and partner-driven growth across the US Public Sector business. This role is critical to removing friction from the buying process, expanding market access, and accelerating revenue growth by building and optimizing state and cooperative contract portfolios, activating high-impact commercial partnerships, and clearing procurement hurdles for new products.
• • You will develop and execute forward-looking state and cooperative contract strategies, lead negotiations for new and expanded contracts, operationalize commercial partnerships by designing revenue activation plans, and proactively identify and remove procurement, contracting, and regulatory barriers to new product adoption in state and local markets. You will translate complex procurement considerations into actionable guidance for Sales and Enablement teams and track contract utilization and performance to optimize scope and adoption.
