📋 Description

• • As a Public Sector Contract & Partner Strategy Lead at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will design and lead the strategy that unlocks scalable procurement and partner-driven growth across the US Public Sector business, directly contributing to Axon’s mission to Protect Life by removing friction from the buying process and accelerating revenue growth.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute state and cooperative contract strategies, lead negotiations for new and expanded contracts, operationalize commercial partnerships by designing revenue activation plans, and proactively identify and remove procurement and regulatory barriers for new product launches, all while collaborating across Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, and Government Affairs teams.
• • You will join a fast-paced, mission-driven company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, where in-person collaboration is valued Tuesdays through Fridays in a hybrid setup, and where diverse perspectives are sought to drive innovation in public safety and justice technology.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public sector procurement, master complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and gain experience driving long-horizon initiatives that expand market access and enable scalable growth for Axon’s ecosystem of devices and cloud software.
