📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks focused on bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and migration in production-grade systems
• Write clear, precise natural-language specifications and reference implementations for software engineering tasks
• Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites using frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
• Review peer-generated coding tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and alignment with specifications
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes in code and task designs to ensure robustness
• Ensure strict alignment between task specifications, reference implementations, and expected outputs
• Contribute to the evaluation of realistic software engineering scenarios used for AI model training and assessment
• Work independently on project-based assignments with full autonomy over schedule and workflow
• Operate in a remote, asynchronous environment with no fixed hours or mandatory meetings
• Deliver high-quality, production-realistic coding tasks that simulate real-world engineering challenges
• Maintain consistent quality standards across all deliverables, including code, tests, and review feedback
• Collaborate with a global team of expert contributors to refine the quality and diversity of engineering evaluation datasets
• Use own tools and infrastructure; no company-provided hardware or software is provided
• Accept payment on a per-project basis, with rates estimated based on anticipated completion time
• May simultaneously engage with other vendors or employers, provided such arrangements comply with their respective policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
• Advanced professional written proficiency in English
