- • As a Python Engineer at PawChamp, you will serve as the technical engine driving the marketing technology infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making and accelerating campaign execution for a rapidly scaling global pet-tech product.
- • You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end MarTech systems that replace manual workflows with automation, transform raw marketing data into actionable insights, and reduce time-to-market for new campaigns—directly empowering user acquisition, design, and marketing teams to achieve 10x results.
- • Your work will include developing scalable advertising analytics platforms that ingest and analyze data from Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads; creating AI-powered creative generation pipelines using LLMs; building operational dashboards and alerting systems for real-time campaign monitoring; and engineering integration layers that unify ad platforms, databases, and analytics tools into automated workflows.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven venture builder ecosystem (Skelar AS) that has launched over 10 successful B2C tech companies, backed by global media recognition (TechCrunch, Wired) and active expansion across 8+ international markets, with PawChamp recently honored as 'Product of the Day' on Product Hunt and maintaining a 4.8 App Store rating.
- • Joining a collaborative, remote-first team with optional hybrid hubs in Kyiv or Warsaw, you’ll contribute not only to PawChamp’s global growth but also to Skelar’s broader mission of rebuilding Ukraine through the SKELAR Foundation, which supports defense and recovery initiatives funded by employee-led projects.
- • This role offers deep technical ownership in a high-impact domain where Python, data engineering, AI/ML, and performance marketing converge—ideal for engineers seeking to grow beyond pure coding into architecture, automation, and product-driven innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience developing backend systems using Python
- • Practical experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
- • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks (prior exposure to Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads APIs is a nice-to-have)
- • Understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline principles and implementation
- • Foundational experience with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
- • Ability to work iteratively: build → test → improve, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact
