📋 Description

• As a QA Automation Engineer at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions that support clinical research worldwide by designing and implementing automated test solutions aligned with product and quality requirements.
• Day to day, you will analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing test automation frameworks, develop automation features based on user stories, participate in code reviews, execute development-level testing, collaborate with R&D and development teams to understand systems under test, support manual testing teams in adopting automation tools, and research and recommend new automation technologies to improve testing practices.
• You will work within the Quality Engineering team at Clario, a company that develops regulated technology for clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making in highly controlled regulatory environments, with a mission to unlock better evidence and improve patient outcomes globally.
• In this role, you will grow your expertise across a range of test automation technologies, deepen your understanding of CI/CD integration and software development lifecycles, and make a meaningful impact on software quality that helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-7 years of hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Practical experience with test automation tools, preferably Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with automated API and database testing.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Experience with object-oriented and script-based software development.
