📋 Description

• • As a QA Automation Lead at Juniper Square, you will be the primary owner of quality for your project, driving end-to-end testing strategy and overseeing release readiness to ensure product excellence in private markets technology.
• • You will review technical design documents and API specifications using AI-assisted analysis, design and execute complex test cases for backend systems, develop comprehensive test suites for RESTful/gRPC/GraphQL APIs, and maintain and extend automation frameworks using tools like Locust, Pytest, or RestAssured with LLM integration.
• • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define automation strategies, establish QA best practices and coding standards, foster a culture of technical excellence, and advocate for automation-first approaches to reduce manual testing efforts.
• • You will develop automated test result reports, identify and troubleshoot bugs using AI tools for root cause analysis, and manage the full release cycle from test scoping to Go/No-Go decisions, ensuring quality across distributed systems and microservices.
