📋 Description
- • QA Engineer at Titan AI Inc. is a critical individual-contributor role responsible for establishing the company's first formal quality assurance function as it scales from a handful to hundreds of banking customers.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute evaluation frameworks for AI model outputs, write and maintain automated test suites across backend APIs, document ingestion, AI inference, and frontend surfaces, set up CI/CD quality gates, triage production bugs, and produce SOC 2 Type II compliant test artifacts and audit logs.
- • Titan AI Inc. builds purpose-built AI software for banks, including small language models and AI bankers, operating under strict banking compliance and model-risk standards with backing from leading fintech investors.
- • In this role, you will build the foundation of Titan’s QA practice from scratch, establish regression baselines for AI behavior, create audit-ready documentation for bank examiners, and eventually scale the function by bringing in additional QE engineers as the practice matures.
🎯 Requirements
- • Seven or more years in software QA engineering
- • At least two years personally testing AI or ML systems
- • Fluency in Python and experience building automated test suites with pytest, Playwright, or Selenium
- • Hands-on experience with AI evaluation tooling such as RAGAS, DeepEval, or LangSmith
- • Experience integrating QA gates into CI/CD pipelines end to end
- • Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated environment is a strong advantage
