📋 Description

• We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual) to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our health services platform.
• This role is suitable for both Junior QA Engineers looking to grow their skills and Middle QA Engineers who can independently own testing activities.
• You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify issues, improve product quality, and help deliver reliable solutions for healthcare providers and users.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze requirements and identify potential quality risks.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Validate new features and ensure they meet business and user requirements.
• Participate in release testing and support deployment activities.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide clear quality reports.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Experience creating test cases and reporting defects.
• Familiarity with web application testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and develop QA skills.
• Good English communication skills.
