📋 Description
- • As the QA Lead at Foundation Healthcare, LLC, you will be the hands-on guardian of an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform, directly impacting provider workdays and patient lives by ensuring the safety, reliability, and quality of AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- • You will actively lead and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing, design testing strategies for AI/LLM systems, own UAT implementations with external healthcare clients, and maintain technical standards while coaching your team.
- • You will work side-by-side with the VP of Engineering (ex-DeepMind/Google) in a hybrid Orlando, FL environment, contributing to a modern, serverless stack (Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, GCP) and shaping quality practices in an AI-native, innovation-driven culture.
- • In this role, you will master the testing of non-deterministic AI systems, gain deep expertise in healthcare compliance (HIPAA, data privacy), scale Playwright and Postman frameworks, and influence the technical direction of quality engineering while earning a meaningful equity stake in a mission-driven health-tech startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • Healthcare Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience testing within healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy, with understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and clinical data accuracy.
- • AI Fluency: Proven track record testing AI/LLM-driven features and habitual use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, LLM agents) to enhance QA workflows.
- • Hands-on Leadership: 4+ years in QA/Software testing with experience leading projects or small teams while maintaining technical and coding proficiency.
- • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and Postman for API validation.
- • UAT & Client Interfacing: Experience owning end-to-end UAT and coordinating with external healthcare clients or providers.
