- • As a QARA Program Manager at Doctolib, you will play a critical role in establishing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with medical device regulations, enabling the delivery of safe, compliant, and innovative Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions that transform healthcare.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing the QMS aligned with ISO 13485 and MDR 2017/745, owning the e-QMS for document control and traceability, managing quality dashboards and KPIs to surface risks early, delivering targeted training programs across functions, leading regulatory intelligence on AI/ML-specific standards, and acting as a cross-functional bridge between QARA, Tech, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Operations to embed compliance into every stage of product development.
- • Doctolib is a mission-driven company leveraging technology and AI to reinvent healthcare professionals’ work and improve patient outcomes, currently embarking on a medical device certification journey to expand its impact in the digital health space.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global medical device regulations, lead CE marking processes for Class IIa and higher devices, build influence as a trusted quality and regulatory expert, drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, and shape the compliance culture in a fast-growing, innovative health tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and French
- • 4-6 years of experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) regulatory compliance, including proven involvement in or leadership of CE marking processes for Class IIa devices and above
- • Deep knowledge of medical device regulations and standards, particularly ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745, IEC 62304, and IEC 82304
- • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project management skills to drive compliance initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- • Ability to communicate regulatory complexity into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences
