  • • As a Recruiter at Felix Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent foundation of a fast-growing digital healthcare company that is redefining patient-centered care across Canada.   • • You will own end-to-end recruitment for critical functions including Engineering, Data, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance, while simultaneously providing essential HR administrative support that keeps the people function running smoothly—making you a dual-impact contributor in both talent acquisition and employee experience.
  • • Day to day, you will manage full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and coordinate structured interview processes that ensure fairness and consistency.
  • • You will proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles using diverse channels, review inbound applications with precision, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring every interaction reflects Felix’s values of empathy and innovation.
  • • You will prepare and issue employment agreements with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring full compliance with provincial labor laws across Canada and maintaining a "zero-error" standard in all contractual and employee data documentation.
  • • As the administrator of Felix’s ATS (Ashby), you will maintain job postings, workflows, and candidate tracking systems, generate recruitment reports, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • • You will coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring seamless logistics for candidates and interviewers alike.
  • • In HR administration, you will support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as the primary point of contact for new hires to ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
  • • You will manage employee data within the HRIS (e.g., BambooHR), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with provincial regulations, while partnering closely with Finance and Payroll to communicate updates related to compensation, benefits, and status changes.
  • • You will administer benefits programs, including enrolment for new hires, termination of coverage for departing employees, and managing life-event updates, ensuring seamless access to health, dental, and vision plans.
  • • You will contribute to ongoing HR process improvements, offering insights and suggestions to enhance scalability as Felix grows, and take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a small, high-performing HR team and report directly to the VP of HR, gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives and leadership decision-making in a mission-driven organization.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment within a regulated, high-growth tech environment, while building rare cross-functional HR administration skills that are highly valued in scaling startups.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within a fast-paced Canadian tech scale-up environment.
  • • Proven, dedicated experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, IT, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance roles—this is a mandatory requirement.
  • • Advanced hands-on expertise with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, including configuration, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and execute outbound talent pipelines and effectively communicate Felix’s mission and value proposition to passive candidates.
  • • A "zero-error" mindset regarding employment contracts, offer letters, and employee data management, with meticulous attention to compliance across Canadian provinces.
  • • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced setting with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and proactively.
  • • HR administration experience (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS) is considered a strong asset.
