📋 Description

• • Own end-to-end quality assurance for SAP S/4HANA and web applications that power Holman’s global fleet, retail, and manufacturing operations. You will design, execute, and continuously refine test strategies that protect the integrity of financial data, vehicle lifecycle records, and customer-facing services used by thousands of users daily.
• • Translate complex business requirements into detailed test plans, test cases, and test data sets. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and ensure every story meets the “Definition of Done” before it reaches production.
• • Leverage Azure DevOps to manage the full test lifecycle—writing, versioning, and linking test artifacts to user stories and defects. Maintain traceability from requirement through release so stakeholders can instantly see coverage, risk, and status.
• • Execute manual and automated regression, integration, and negative-path tests across SAP GUI, Fiori, web services, and batch interfaces. Validate GL, AP, and PO modules in S/4HANA, confirming that postings, workflows, and reports reconcile down to the penny.
• • Build and maintain an automation suite in Tricentis Tosca (and, where beneficial, Playwright or AccelQ) that reduces regression cycle time by at least 40 %. Script new scenarios, schedule nightly runs, triage failures, and evangelize best practices so the entire QA team moves faster without sacrificing quality.
• • Perform deep data-integrity testing using advanced SQL queries to compare source, staging, and target tables; detect orphan records, rounding errors, or missing journal entries; and certify that ETL and interface jobs are complete, accurate, and timely.
• • Log, prioritize, and drive defects to closure in Azure DevOps. Provide crisp reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and business impact statements that enable developers to fix issues quickly and correctly the first time.
• • Report real-time quality metrics—test execution progress, pass/fail rates, defect density, and release risk—to Scrum teams and executive sponsors. Anticipate bottlenecks, recommend go/no-go decisions, and celebrate wins that keep morale high.
• • Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for at least one major product area. Create wiki articles, brown-bag sessions, and onboarding labs that upskill junior analysts and reduce tribal knowledge.
• • Mentor QA testers on test design, automation patterns, and SAP domain expertise. Conduct code reviews for Tosca modules, SQL scripts, and Playwright specs to ensure consistency, maintainability, and adherence to Holman standards.
• • Champion continuous improvement by proposing new QA processes—risk-based testing, shift-left automation, or Cloud ALM integration—that raise quality while cutting cost and cycle time.
