📋 Description

• • The Quality Analyst – Learning Content – L&D role at Riveron Consulting ensures that all learning content meets rigorous quality standards in instructional design, functionality, and learner experience, directly supporting effective employee development and client-facing training initiatives.
• • Day to day, the person will review eLearning modules for accuracy and functionality, validate alignment with learning objectives and storyboards, test course performance in LMS environments, check multimedia and assessment elements, identify and document defects, collaborate with designers and developers to resolve issues, and contribute to QA standards and checklists across multiple concurrent projects.
