- • You will dive deep into the intricacies of our AI-native platform, meticulously testing both the Popl Dashboard and our mobile application. This involves rigorously validating all updates, new features, and bug fixes to guarantee they perform flawlessly and meet our high standards of excellence. Your keen eye for detail will be paramount in uncovering even the most subtle defects, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our dynamic product, engineering, and customer success teams. This cross-functional partnership is crucial for effectively communicating identified issues, providing clear and concise documentation of bugs, and diligently verifying that all fixes implemented by the engineering team resolve the problems as intended.
