- • As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for Salesforce Federal Delivery, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment of complex, mission-critical Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions. Your primary focus will be to uphold the highest standards of platform integrity, functionality, performance, and security, guaranteeing a high-quality, mission-ready product for our federal clients.
- • This role demands a proactive and meticulous approach, working in close collaboration with the Program Manager and Technical Architects. You will be the guardian of quality, ensuring that every release not only meets defined mission objectives but also adheres to stringent contractual requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the rigorous security and compliance landscapes inherent in cleared Federal delivery environments.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive design and implementation of robust test plans. These plans will cover a wide spectrum of testing, including functional, performance, and security testing, all tailored to meet the exacting standards of federal mandates. You will be responsible for validating that the Salesforce platform and its integrations perform as expected under various load conditions and that all data handling adheres to strict privacy and security protocols.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring that all technical deliverables and Salesforce environments strictly comply with Federal security standards and reporting requirements. This includes staying abreast of evolving federal regulations and translating them into actionable QA strategies. You will conduct security-focused testing, vulnerability assessments, and ensure that all configurations and deployments meet government security benchmarks.
- • You will proactively identify, assess, and escalate critical technical risks and issues that could impact program success. Developing and implementing strategic mitigation plans will be key to your role, ensuring that potential problems are addressed before they affect project timelines or deliverables. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate challenges in complex system integrations.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will partner closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to meticulously validate that all Salesforce Public Sector initiatives are not only technically sound but also perfectly aligned with the approved technical architecture. This cross-functional synergy ensures a cohesive and effective solution.
- • You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key quality performance metrics. This involves developing transparent and timely communication channels, including the creation and maintenance of program dashboards, specifically designed for Federal clients. These metrics will provide clear insights into the quality status and progress of the project.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is essential. You will continuously research and stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, particularly focusing on advancements relevant to the public sector, such as Agentforce and Government Cloud Plus. Your role will involve validating innovative solutions that leverage these new capabilities to provide cutting-edge services to Federal clients.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Federal Public Sector space. 🎯 Requirements
- • US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s).
- • Bachelor's degree required.
- • 7-10 years of IT quality assurance or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
- • 3-5 years of proven experience testing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- • Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to validate autonomous agents within a secure environment.
- • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in cleared delivery environments.
