- • As a Quality Assurance Engineer II at Hudl, you will be the testing expert within a cross-functional mobile team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that support coaches and athletes in capturing, analyzing, and sharing sports video through Hudl’s smart camera systems. Your work directly impacts the reliability and performance of tools used by sports teams worldwide, helping to uphold the company’s mission of enabling lifelong impact through sports.
- • Day to day, you will own the squad’s testing efforts by leading test planning and execution, making informed decisions on test automation to align with development velocity, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, and scrum teams to challenge assumptions and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of software testing experience with a strong understanding of the full product life cycle
- • Hands-on experience with iOS and Android mobile app automation
- • Strong customer and user-experience focus in testing approach
- • Proven ability to think creatively to identify software weaknesses and adapt to shifting priorities in fast-paced settings
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with global, cross-functional teams
- • Familiarity with contract testing concepts and tools such as Pact (nice-to-have)
- • Exposure to AI tools like LLMs or test data generators for improving testing efficiency (nice-to-have)
- • Passion for American Football and interest in learning more about sports technology (nice-to-have)
