• • Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quality controls, process validation, risk assessment, and compliance, focusing on technical accuracy and alignment with real-world QA frameworks.
• • Evaluate AI responses for practicality, logical consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or industry-specific compliance requirements encountered in professional practice.
• • Draft realistic QA scenarios based on direct professional experience, including audit preparations, non-conformance handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supplier quality management.
• • Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives — quality managers, internal auditors, operations leads, and regulatory affairs specialists — to ensure AI grasps contextual nuances in QA decision-making.
• • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated content, such as missing risk assessments, flawed root cause analysis, or inadequate validation logic, and provide structured, actionable feedback for improvement.
• • Collaborate asynchronously with the 10x.team team and AI trainers to iteratively improve training data quality, ensuring outputs reflect seasoned judgment rather than superficial pattern matching.
• • Maintain consistent availability of 8–20 hours per week to support ongoing project cycles, with flexibility to integrate freelance work alongside primary employment or consulting engagements.
