📋 Description

• As a Quality Assurance Specialist at ABC Legal Services LLC, you will ensure the company works with the best process servers by providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance and accountability.
• Day to day, you will support underperforming process servers through direct communication, resolve blockers, set clear expectations, review daily reports, and track issues to report to leadership while collaborating with recruiting when additional coverage is needed.
• ABC Legal Services is a national leader in service of process with over 1,000 employees across multiple U.S. offices and headquarters in Seattle, focused on technological advancement and process improvement to stay ahead of competition.
• In this role, you will develop coaching and training expertise, strengthen communication and analytical skills, and directly impact server performance and operational efficiency within a growing, technology-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training and/or coaching
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English Required
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
