- • The Quality Assurance Specialist (RN) role at Fira Health, Inc. is critical to ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement in a higher-acuity, patient-centered home health model across Texas.
- • Day to day, the person will review and validate OASIS assessments for accuracy and completeness, code and sequence diagnoses per ICD-10 and CMS guidelines, identify and correct errors impacting reimbursement or compliance, provide actionable feedback to field clinicians, ensure submissions meet CMS and payer requirements, stay current on regulatory changes, support compliance with Conditions of Participation, identify documentation trends for training recommendations, collaborate with clinical leadership to improve outcomes, complete reviews within turnaround times, and communicate discrepancies professionally.
- • The team at Adaptive Home Health builds technology to support clinical operations and compliance, with documentation and QA workflows designed to streamline OASIS review, reduce rework, and maintain defensible, high-quality submissions.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in OASIS and ICD-10 coding, influence patient care quality and clinician education, gain experience in productivity-based remote work, contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives, and work with tech-forward tools that streamline QA workflows in a mission-driven environment.
