📋 Description

• As a Quality Engineer at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant software across clinical technology platforms that support life-changing therapies for patients.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks, collaborating with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation, executing automated, exploratory, and regression testing, identifying and tracking defects through resolution, improving test coverage and automation efficiency, participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and supporting regulatory and compliance standards where applicable.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Clario, where the purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence, and your work directly contributes to bringing innovative therapies to patients faster through rigorous quality assurance in regulated healthcare technology environments.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation, Agile methodologies, and regulated software development, while gaining exposure to clinical trial systems and medical technology domains, positioning you for advancement into senior or lead quality engineering or SDET roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software quality engineering or test automation
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
