Quality Manager (Nova)

📋 Description

• • As a Quality Manager at Stellar Health, you will lead quality performance strategy and execution across MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and other value-based contracts, ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds contractual quality thresholds while driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes and financial performance.
• • You will own end-to-end quality processes including measurement, monitoring, reporting, and submission; design and implement strategic initiatives to improve preventive care and optimize workflows; manage vendor relationships; advise leadership on performance trends; establish and track KPIs; serve as a subject matter expert on CMS and payer quality programs (MSSP, Medicare Stars, MIPS, HEDIS, eCQMs); manage supplemental data submissions and PSV audits; collaborate with network practices to co-design workflows and provide training; and partner with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to build scalable data tools and provider-facing solutions.
