🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, or similar role within the Aged Care sector, with a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- • Proven experience in incident management, complaint handling, and conducting investigations, including root cause analysis.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaac with individuals at all levels.
- • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
