📋 Description

• • As a Quantitative Developer - Java at Binance Holdings Limited, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-performance trading systems that power one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, directly impacting the trading experience for over 300 million users across 100+ countries by ensuring low-latency execution, deep liquidity, and reliable order matching.
• • You will design, develop, and optimize Java-based trading infrastructure components, including order management systems, market data handlers, and execution engines, with a focus on minimizing latency, maximizing throughput, and ensuring fault tolerance in high-frequency trading environments.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and well-tested Java code using modern concurrency patterns, profiling and tuning JVM performance, integrating with low-latency networking stacks, and collaborating with quant researchers to implement trading strategies into production systems.
• • You will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for performance-critical systems, leveraging tools such as Java Flight Recorder, async-profiler, and custom benchmarking suites to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• • You will work closely with quantitative analysts and traders to translate mathematical models and algorithmic strategies into robust, production-ready software, ensuring seamless integration between research prototypes and live trading platforms.
• • You will monitor system behavior in staging and production environments, troubleshoot complex performance issues, and implement observability enhancements using logging, metrics, and tracing to maintain system reliability under extreme market conditions.
• • You will stay current with advancements in high-performance computing, Java ecosystem developments (e.g., Project Loom, Valhalla), and emerging trends in digital asset trading to continuously improve Binance’s trading infrastructure.
