- • As a Quote Operations Associate in Zscaler’s Deal Desk Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of renewal quotes, directly supporting Zscaler’s strategic goals, compliance, and financial integrity in a fast-paced, AI-forward cybersecurity environment.
- • You will act as a Salesforce CPQ Subject Matter Expert, building and maintaining operational draft renewal quotes, resolving end-to-end quoting issues, conducting UAT on system enhancements, and partnering cross-functionally to uphold financial and revenue compliance while driving global best practices.
- • You will join a high-performing, execution-focused team at Zscaler, an AI-forward enterprise securing the AI age through its Zero Trust Exchange platform, where impact over activity is valued and constructive debate fuels innovation in a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and accountability.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in quote-to-cash operations, Salesforce CPQ, SaaS renewal processes, and financial compliance, while developing leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment that rewards initiative and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Renewal quoting or quoting experience
- • 3+ years in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management
- • Working cross-functionally with operational teams in quote creation
- • Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail, dependable with deadlines, multitask
- • Proficient with Salesforce.com, Quote applications (preferably CPQ), MS Office, G-suite, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting
- • High-Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred
- • Bachelor’s in relevant field; MBA a plus
- • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
